The Language of Work Packages: Engineering & Procurement

In this ‘how-to’ session, panelists will explain how you can interpret and implement AWP best practices effectively on your projects by learning to speak the ‘language of packages’. In the AWP model, the ‘package’ is a dynamic concept that can be considered a global project language, which is especially powerful if supported by standardized data and driven by early/often construction input into critical processes and systems (such as Path of Construction, Interactive Planning and Work Breakdown Structure). Panelist Q&A time will be provided.
