Group ASI, in partnership with the Construction Industry Institute, presents the first-ever CII Contract Strategy Summit, focused on exploration of – and recommendations around – traditional and collaborative contracting models for the construction project owner and their contractors and suppliers.

The intent of this Summit is to inform members of the global construction industry about the traditional and non-traditional contracting strategies and approaches. This event will expand project owners’ and suppliers’ toolkits, making them more aware of the available options and benefits of various approaches. Attendees will better understand contracting approaches and will learn how to select the appropriate strategy.
