Improving Performance Through Process and Technology

Bringing AWP to the European Construction Industry

Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) is an integrated project delivery model that aligns the various stakeholders and optimizes project performance across the entire asset lifecycle. It was developed through years of collaboration between owners, constructors, and technology providers with the oversight of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) and the Construction Owners Association of Alberta (COAA). AWP is a global best practice being used by some of the leading companies in the world and has been found to improve safety (0 incidents in optimal cases), reduce costs (up to 10% TIC reduction), reduce rework (in some cases down to 0), shorten schedule and improve project predictability.

The AWP Conference and related Summits have been the world construction industry forum for advancement of project performance and construction productivity best practices since 2009. This is the second AWP Conference dedicated to the Europe & UK construction industry.
